As we have done in San Ignacio with the Padilla family we are investing in the Fernandez family farms to commit stable volume and have a dependable buyer year in year out. Milton is the son of Esther, whose coffee we offered earlier this year. His lot of 100% bourbon is pulped, washed and dried at home on raised beds. Sweet and clean, nice acidity - red grapes, starfruit, cannoli. This is beautiful coffee.
