The Fernandez family should be familiar to you by now: Esther, Milton, Yonal and Imelda... Merci is the niece of Esther and, like the rest of the extended family, grows strictly bourbon variety on her farm in the lush mountains of Colasay. This is another pretty coffee with soft acidity, buttery, light bodied cups and notes of green grapes and macadamia. Filter only.
